Features including the Cognitive Assessment and Lifestyle Check-Ins, Additional Tests, exercises, and challenges assess performance at a particular moment in time on certain discrete cognitive tasks. Cognitive Assessment

You will take a battery of science-based cognitive tests which assess core areas like memory, attention, and processing speed. Plan to set aside 20 minutes.

Lifestyle Check-Ins

Lifestyle Check-Ins allow you to understand your personal habits around the six pillars of brain health: Be social, Engage your brain, Manage stress, Ongoing execise, Restorative sleep and Eat right. Plan to set aside 20 minutes.

Additonal Tests

A second suite of tests will explore additional skills like non-verbal reasoning, spatial processing, verbal reasoning, to round out your understanding of your cognitive skills. Plan to set aside 20 minutes. 

 


Why take the Cognitive Assessment
and Lifestyle Check-Ins?

Knowledge is power. Taking the Cognitive Assessment and Lifestyle Check-Ins can give you a view into how you’re performing today and enable you to learn about strategies to help support brain health as you age.

To prepare for the assessment, please consider these guidelines: 

  • Find a quiet room with no distractions. Put your pets in another room and switch your phone to silent mode. 
  • Get a good night's sleep the day before taking the assessment so you are well rested.
  • Pay careful attention to the instructions before each test.
  • Set aside at least 40 minutes to complete the assessment.




Review Your Cognitive Score

Your results are a snapshot of how your brain performed in five key areas: processing speed, sustained attention, working memory, cognitive flexibility and recognition memory. 

The Cognitive Assessment and Lifestyle Check-Ins are available to retake every 30 days.
